We do not handle jobs that require building permits or inspections. Clients are responsible for obtaining any necessary permits prior to the start of the job.

  • Roof Work:

We limit roof-related work to minor repairs or inspections and do not perform major roof repairs, full roof replacements, or any tasks requiring extensive time on rooftops due to safety concerns.

  • Hazardous Materials:

We do not handle hazardous materials, such as asbestos, mold, or lead-based paint. If your project involves potential hazardous materials, we recommend hiring a specialist.

  • Major renovations:

Our services do not cover full-scale renovations, remodeling, or structural work. We focus on smaller, manageable jobs like repairs, maintenance, and minor installations.

  • Outdoor Work:

       3. Pricing Policy

  • Flat Rate Pricing:

We charge a flat rate for most of our services, meaning you will receive a fixed price for the job based on the scope of work. This allows you to know the total cost upfront with no surprises.

  • Job Estimates:

For more complex jobs, we will provide a written estimate after assessing the job. Estimates are based on the specific requirements of the project, and while we strive to be as accurate as possible, actual costs may vary slightly due to unforeseen circumstances or material changes. Any significant changes will be communicated and approved by you before proceeding.

  • Minimum Trip Fee:

We charge a minimum trip fee of $20 for small jobs or consultations. This fee covers travel and a basic evaluation of the task. If you choose to proceed with a job that exceeds the minimum fee, the trip may be credited toward the final cost.

  • Materials:

If additional materials are needed for a job, they will either be supplied by the customer or purchased by us with an additional materials fee.

The cost of any materials required for the job is either included in the flat rate or, if requested, will be added separately based on the materials needed. We will discuss all material costs with you before starting the job.

  • No Hidden Fees:

All prices will be communicated and agreed upon before any work begins. You won’t be surprised by any hidden costs.

       4. Payment Policy

  • Payment Methods:

We accept cash, debit cards, and most major credit cards.

  • Payment terms:

Payment is due upon completion of the job unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. For larger projects, a deposit may be required before work begins.

  • Late Payment:

Invoices not paid within 15 days will incur a late fee of $25.

Jobs are scheduled on a first-come, first-serve basis. We recommend booking as early as possible to ensure availability.

  • Cancellation:

  • Workmanship Guarantee:

We guarantee the quality of our work for 30 days. If any issues arise related to the work performed, we will return to correct them at no additional cost within that period.

  • Material Warranty:

Any materials supplied by us are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. We cannot guarantee materials provided by the customer.

  • Customer Satisfaction:

If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us immediately, and we will work to resolve any concerns.
